ABOUT ROATAN ISLAND REAL ESTATE
Kenton Ownbey founded the first real estate brokerage on
Roatan in 1972. Today we have an office at the Roatan West
Bay Mall and Quinta Real in La Ceiba. Kent has an MBA in Real
Estate Finance and a DBA in Real Estate Marketing - and Honduras
and US broker's licenses and associations.
Edward Dumonceaux turned real estate into his career in 1990
in Canada by selling millions of dollars of real estate, winning
awards and making hundreds of friends! During the last four
years, Edward and Eileen, his wife, have called Roatan home.
Edward is creating the exclusive Caribbean Breeze Villas of
West Bay, as well as helping people acquire their perfect
property on Roatan.
Scott MacDonald was licensed in real estate in Colorado in
1985 and has a career specializing in land, residential development,
and design/construction. Scott's role is educator/facilitator,
helping people make good decisions for their real estate investments.
Moving to Roatan four years ago with wife Linda Kay, he has
employed that philosophy to assist people to find their Caribbean
dream.
Heather Donnelly
Two years ago, Heather and her family decided to live and
invest on Roatan. Heather understands all the steps to make
that happen for you. She is an owner of Bay Island Airways
and knows the entire island. Think of Heather when you need
a pilot and real estate associate.
Wayne Chislett
Wayne Chislett completed his Real Estate Licensing course
at the University of British Columbia, Canada. After a successful
career, Wayne and Judy moved to the Paradise Island of Roatan.
With expert training in contractual Real Estate as well as
being a marketing specialist, Wayne looks forward to helping
you find your dream come true on the beautiful island of Roatan.
